I encourage counsellors to be brave.

I work with counsellors who feel frustrated because they want to help people but they can’t find work.

They have all the qualifications and skills they need but they don’t have the clients. I help them to build their confidence so that they can earn a living doing what they love. I do this by helping them to value their unique mix of skills and experience. I help them to identify the beliefs that are holding them back and to identify ways to move forward. When they work with me they find the motivation and courage to take action. I help them to find their purpose, their voice and their clients.
